Missionary Work
Aeri Lee has visited Kumi annually and is the U.S. contact person. Every summer Aeri teaches music at the Reformed Theological College in Kampala, Uganda. YCVM's director Silver Omakenyi was her student, and she came to know of YCVM through him. Aeri is a professional pianist and music teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Here we see Silver playing a xylophone-type instrument made of simple wood boards. The adungu (seen on the chair next to Aeri) is a traditional instrument that is plucked to make sound. Silver is a former Ugandan national champion adungu player. Aeri is playing a finger piano.
